§ Mr. Redwood[holding answer 15 June 19951: The financial management policy review of the Countryside Council for Wales was overtaken by the review of the council's functions which I announced in my response to the question by my right hon. Friend the Member for Conwy (Sir W. Roberts) on 3 November 1994, columns 1331–32. The action plan resulting from that review has been placed in the Library of the House.
