To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will publish a table showing(a) the number of civil service posts, including positions in executive agencies but excluding technical appointments at grades 1 to 6 which have been advertised, together with the number of (b) applicants, (c) interviewees and (d) appointees broken down by (i) civil servants and (ii) non-civil servants for each year from 1 January 1990 to 31 December as a whole in Northern Ireland.
