§ Mr. NorrisThe Air Navigation Order 1995 requires all UK registered aircraft to carry first aid equipment of good quality, sufficient in quantity, having regard to the number of persons on board the aircraft, and including the following
Roller bandages, triangular bandages, adhesive plaster, absorbent gauze, cotton wool (or wound dressings in place of the absorbent gauze and cotton wool), burn dressings, safety pins;Haemostatic bandages or tourniquets, scissors;Antiseptic, analgesic and stimulant drugs;Splints, in the case of aeroplanes the maximum total weight authorised of which exceeds 5,700 kg;A handbook on first aid.
