Whether, since his Answer of 30 January on the subject of the moat of the Jewel Tower, any progress has been made with "English Heritage's plans to improve the Jewel Tower's surroundings", and therefore its seemliness as part of the surroundings of the Palace of Westminster.
§ The Chairman of Committees (Lord Boston of Faversham)I understand that English Heritage are in the process of preparing plans to improve the presentation of both the surroundings and the interior of the Jewel Tower with the intention of submitting them for lottery funding.
