3. Figures for family credit and one parent benefit include all claims which terminated during each period. Figures for income support 66WA were estimated from quarterly stock counts and exclude any claims which started and ended between enquiry dates.
4. Figures for all three benefits include multiple terminations, i.e. where a claimant may have gone on and off benefit several times during the year. They also include terminations where the claimant has now moved directly from one benefit to another.
