However, details of the contracts and the values are a matter of commercial confidentiality between the Ministry of Defence and the companies concerned. Records held centrally by the Ministry of Defence Procurement Executive does not include details of any contracts placed by the various agencies, nor do they indicate the precise nature of the individual contracts. To obtain the information would incur disproportionate cost.
