§ Mr. SoamesThe Royal College of Physicians' independent medical audit report to the Surgeon General on my Department's Gulf war medical assessment programme has been received and its recommendations are currently being considered. It is intended that the report will he made public shortly and I will arrange for copies to he placed in the Library of the House.
