§ Mr. JackAt the seminar on industrial uses for UK oilseeds on 13 June, in response to a question about the possibility of relief from excise duties for biodiesel, my right hon. Friend said that pump-priming support, such as duty relief, was not ruled out, although much would depend upon work going on to establish the environmental benefits of biodiesel.
