§ Mr. David DavisOur aim at the fourth preparatory committee for the nuclear non-proliferation treaty conference will be to settle a number of unresolved issues744W left over from the third preparatory committee. These include the allocation of posts, the provision of background papers, the agenda, and questions related to financing and rules of procedure for the conference, which opens on 17 April 1995.
