§ Mr. Llew SmithTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will raise at the next EU Foreign Affairs Council the allegations made by the South African Government on 9 January in respect of the sale by France of enriched uranium to South Africa in the 1980s; and if he will press the presidency of the Council of Ministers to investigate the allegation.
