§ Mr. Malcolm BruceTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport what reductions there have been in his departmental budget, for any element of his departmental budget, or each of the years(a) 1994–95, (b) 1995–96, (c) 1996–97, (d) 1997–98 or (e) 1998–99 as a consequence of assumptions about attracting private finance through (i) the private finance initiative and (ii) elsewhere; and what is the monetary detail underlying any such adjustments.
