To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what plans he has to change the funding structure or remit of the Health Education Authority.

None. This is the responsibility of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Health. However, I am presently in the process of reviewing health promotion arrangements in Northern Ireland. The review is examining the respective roles and responsibilities of the Health Promotion Agency for Northern Ireland, health and social services boards and trusts and will aim to set in place the most effective structures for delivering health promotion in Northern Ireland. I hope to receive the report of the review in the near future.
