Mr. Wallace

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many applications his Department received, and how many had been agreed, for objective 1 FEOGA funding by 30 September 1994.

Mr. Lang

[holding answer 13 February 1995]: Three applications for the first tranche of awards under the FEOGA processing and marketing grant scheme were received by my Department from applicants in the objective 1 region of the highlands and islands. All were received by 30 September 1994.
