§ Mr. DobsonTo ask the Secretary of State for the. Environment if he will publish a list showing for each of the past five years(a) all outside bodies or individuals employed by his Department, (b) the date on which each outside body or individual commenced working for his Department, (c) the date on which each outside body or individual completed working for his Department, (d) the total amount paid to each outside body or individual, (e) what work each outside body or individual was asked to carry out, including specific titles of any reports, briefings or research commissioned and (f) whether each outside body or individual was recruited following a competitive interview or tendering process.
