§ Mr. CurryWe have recently issued a consultation paper on amendments to council tax liability, discounts and exemptions regulations which includes a proposal to exempt from council tax a dwelling which is only occupied by a person or people who are severely mentally impaired. Copies of the consultation paper have been placed in the Library of the House.
