§ Mr. Robin Squire[holding answer 7 December 1995]: There have been two such instances, one in May 1995 and another in September 1995. In both cases, it was the mobile telephone allocated to me that was cloned. To try to prevent any recurrence, following the first instance the number of my telephone was changed and following the second a new digital replacement was provided.
