§ Mr. MossThere are no "call in" powers in Northern Ireland planning law. Outline planning permission for a new golf club at Carnmoney hill, Newtownabbey was granted on 21 November 1995. The developer's agent has been advised of the requirements of the Wildlife (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 with regard to the protection of badger setts and a detailed badger survey, commissioned by the developer, has been received by the Department of the Environment.
