To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment if she will list the consultation papers that have been issued by her Department since 31 July, indicating in each case(a) the date on which the consultation paper was issued, (b) what consultation period was allowed in weeks and (c) if the consultation period was subsequently extended and by how long. Proposed Amendment to the Teacher Regulations and Guidance on the use of Supply Teachers. Issued on 17 November, consultation period—10 weeks. No current plans to extend consultation period.The Education (School Premises) Regulations 1995—Draft Regulations and Circular. Issued on 14 August, consultation period—nine and a half weeks. The period was not extended.Quality Assurance Regime for Institutions which Redeem Vouchers for Pre-School Education. Issued on 4 September, consultation period—six weeks. The period was not extended.Removing the Requirement to Publish Statutory Proposals to Establish Nursery Classes in the Maintained Sector. Issued on 26 September, consultation period—four weeks.
