§ Mr. HoramBreastfeeding rates are surveyed every five years. Survey results for 1985 and 1990 are comparable. The Government continue to protect and promote breastfeeding as the best way of feeding a baby. Information on breastfeeding rates for 1985 and 1990 are available in "Infant Feeding 1990", copies of which are available in the Library.
