The allocation to the Health Education Authority (HEA) for public education covers work on HIV/AIDS and other aspects of sexual health. The following amounts have been spent since 1991–92 (excluding funding for the National AIDS Helpline):

The amount of money to be provided for this aspect of the HEA's work in 1995/96 has yet to be decided.
