§ Mr. SoamesMy Department makes no specific arrangements to assist disabled former members of the armed forces in finding insurance to meet mortgage interest payments. All service personnel discharged on medical grounds are advised by a resettlement advice officer on how best to prepare for entry to civilian life, and this advice covers a number of aspects such as employment, housing and financial matters.
