§ Mr. MaloneRepresentations asking that general practitioners should be able to prescribe insulin pen needles have recently been received from people with diabetes and their relatives, the British Diabetic Association, manufacturers of insulin and pen needles and from hon. Members. No representations have been made about prescribing by consultants.
