Mr. Alton

To ask the Secretary of State for Health (i) on what date she received the letter issued with the report on the consultation on donated ovarian tissue in embryo research and assisted conception at its launching on 20 July;

(2) on what date she received the report on the consultation on donated ovarian tissue in embryo research and assisted conception from the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority.

The final version of the report was received on 19 July together with a covering letter from the chairman of the authority.

To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) on what date the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority met to discuss its recommendations and conclusions regarding the report on the consultation on donated ovarian tissue in embryo research and assisted conception;

(2) what was the number of days it took the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority to draft, proof read, correct, set and print the report on the consultation on donated ovarian tissue in embryo research and assisted conception; and on which date the report was printed.
