To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what plans he has to reconvene his periodic round table with non-governmental organisations concerned with proliferation and arms exports issues, prior to the final preparatory committee meeting in New York in January for the nuclear non-proliferation treaty conference.
