In the light of the Prime Minister's statement "Public Life (Standards of Conduct)" on 25th October 1994, whether he will now bring forward proposals to make provision in the House of Lords for a Public Register of all Peers' financial and vested interests.
The Lord Privy Seal (Viscount Cranborne)The Procedure Committee has reported its decision to undertake a full review of the practice of the House in relation to the declaration of interests (4th Report, HL Paper 92). The Committee will report further to the House once that review is complete.
