When they intend to issue the Code of Practice on Financial Management under Section 28C of the Police Act 1964, as inserted by Section 15 of the Police and Magistrates' Courts Act 1994.
§ Baroness TrumpingtonMy right honourable friend the Secretary of State has today laid before Parliament a copy of the Code of Practice on Financial Management which he has issued under Section 28C of the 1964 Act. A copy of the code has been placed in the Library of the House.
