§ Mr. ChannonAs explained in the reply to the question to which the hon. Member refers, many of the506W arrangements with commercial organisations are long established, and enable the House to enjoy the benefit of services provided by the bodies concerned, taking account of the fluctuating nature of the House's requirements. The financial arrangements are kept under review.
