§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe Health and Safety Executive and local authorities both inspect outdoor activity centres, including outdoor education centres, as part of their routine work. The special programme of visits to outdoor activity centres will start on 1 April 1994 as the outdoor pursuit season gets under way. I will let the House know immediately if any areas of significant concern emerge. A report of the findings of the visits will be made available in spring 1995.
