§ Mr. FreemanPayments totalling £2 million have been made to five companies during the last 12 months. In addition, two new grants have been awarded on which no claims have yet been submitted. No payments can be made under the track access grant scheme until it is introduced next month. The provisional budget for the next three years for both grants is £43 million. Guidance for applicants will be published shortly.
