§ Mr. BrookeI announced on 4 November 1993,Official Report, columns 309–10, that, from 1 April 1994, the fee for a colour television licence would increase to £84.50 and that for a monochrome licence to £28. I have today laid before the House the regulations necessary to bring these fees into force.
