Whether they will propose that the European Union seek to have an observer at meetings of the Inter-Governmental Authority on Drought and Development.

We would want to consider with our EU partners the possibility of sending an EU observer to peace talks on Sudan under the auspices of the Intergovernmental Authority on Drought and Development (IGADD) if the authors of the initiative were to suggest this to us. We are discussing with EU partners the possibilities of giving the IGADD countries logistical support with their work.
