Whether they will press for the earliest possible restoration of normal communications to and within Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Restoration of normal communications and other infrastructure repairs are unlikely until such time as a lasting peace agreement is in place. We are therefore pressing the Bosnian Serbs to accept the Contact Group proposals, which the Bosnian Government have already accepted.
