§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales what consultations he has had with(a) the chairman of the Cardiff Bay development corporation and (b) the Balfour Beatty/Costain consortium in relation to the commencement of construction of the Cardiff bay barrage indemnities sought and given thereto in respect of European environmental infraction proceedings under article 169 of the treaty of Rome; and if he will make a statement.
