To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects the outcome of the planning inquiry into Radwell motorway services station to be announced.

§ Mr. Baldry
The inspector's report into this planning appeal has yet to be received, although I understand it is almost complete.
Depending on the complexity of an appeal, we normally expect to be able to issue a decision within eight weeks of receipt of a report. In this case, I expect the Secretary of State's decision to be issued by early April.
