To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what plans he has to offer aid to South Africa.

Mr. Lennox-Boyd

This year we will spend up to £15 million, plus over £11 million as our share of EC aid. We will increase our aid to support a new South African Government pursuing sound policies.
