asked Her Majesty's Government:
How much new money, over and above recycled loans, will be allocated to the Social Fund budget in the coming financial year.

The net provision for the discretionary elements of the Social Fund for the financial year beginning 1 April 1994 will be £140 million—a £5 million increase over the provision for the current year.
