§ Mr. FreemanMinisters will consider all responses to the current consultation exercise before deciding whether the draft regulations should be amended prior to their submission to Parliament. Meanwhile, British Rail remains willing to discuss with the local authorities concerned the possibility of jointly funded noise mitigation schemes for appropriate locations on the west London line.
