To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list the legislation repealed or otherwise affected by the Local Government Act 1992.

Legislation repealed by the Local Government Act 1992 is listed in schedule 4 to that Act. Other legislation that was affected is referred to, where relevant, in the body of the Act and in schedules 1 and 3.
