§ Mr. Alfred Morris
To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security (1) on what date he intends to publish the Government's proposed Bill on discrimination against disabled people;
(2) if he will be publishing the Government's proposed Bill on discrimination against disabled people before the Christmas recess.

The Bill will be published shortly once the detailed contents have been finalised.
