§ Mr. Roger EvansAs a result of the decision not to increase the level of VAT on domestic fuel to 17.5 per cent., the rate of retirement pension, and certain other benefits, from April 1995 has been revised. Some books containing payments at the incorrect rate had already been issued and these will be replaced.
