(2) what response he is making to the Campaign Free Tibet publication, "Children of Despair", a copy of which has been sent to him.
§ Mr. Lennox-Boyd[holding answer 25 October 1993]: We maintain a regular dialogue with the International 664W Planned Parenthood Federation about the role and activities of the Chinese Family Planning Association. We will continue to raise with the Chinese authorities our concern about reports of human rights abuses in Tibet and elsewhere in China.
