§ Dr. Lynne JonesTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Security (1) what guidance has been issued to chairpersons of social security appeals tribunals on the issue of late appeals addressing CSIS 4/90;
(2) what guidance has been issued to the chairpersons of social security appeal tribunals on (a) admission of late appeals following favourable commissioners' decisions and (b) an interpretation of special reasons in regulation 3(3) of the Social Security (Adjudications) Regulations; and whether such guidance is publicly available.
