asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether, in respect of the July meeting of ECOFIN (the Economic and Financial Council of the EC) held to establish the draft Budget of the European Communities for 1994, they will list those Budget items which were submitted by COREPER (the Committee of Permanent Representatives) for discussion in Part "B" of the Council's agenda for the meeting, and confirm that all other items not so listed were entered in Part "A" of the agenda.

The preliminary draft general budget of the European Communities for the financial year 1994 was submitted in its entirety by COREPER for discussion by Ministers under Part "B" of the agenda of the Budget Council on 22 July 1993. There were no items in the draft budget entered in Part "A" of the agenda.
