Whether they have reached a decision on the future employer of the British Transport Police.

We have decided that Railtrack should become the employer of the British Transport Police for as long as it remains in the public sector. When Railtrack is transferred to the private sector the British Transport Police Committee will become the employer. In the interim, the British Rail Board will continue as employer of the British Transport Police.
