§ Mr. MacleanIn England and Wales in 1991 there were six prosecutions under section 3 of the Football Offences Act 1991, five of which resulted in a conviction.
For 1992—which is provisional—there were 31 prosecutions under section 3 of the aforesaid Act which resulted in 17 convictions.
