To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what reasons underlay his decision to refuse permission to Ms Vanessa Redgrave, Mr. Jeremy Irons and Mr. Daniel Day-Lewis to travel on the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees airlift to Sarajevo on 22 October.

The decision not to permit the party of eight, including Ms Redgrave, Mr. Jeremy Irons and Mr. Daniel Day-Lewis, to travel on the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees' airlift was made by UNHCR air operations cell, Geneva in line with its policy guidelines drawn up in conjunction with UNPROFOR.
