asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether, in view of the recent report by the National Audit Commission on the Pergau power project in Malaysia and the evidence that it was undertaken for reasons unrelated to overseas development policy, and against the advice of Overseas Development Administration (ODA) officials, they will not review the integration of ODA within the Foreign and Commonwealth Office with a view to restoring the autonomy of ODA.
