What is the total of refugees and displaced persons from the whole of the former Yugoslavia for whom the UNHCR has accepted responsibility.

The most recent UN inter-agency appeal for the former Yugoslavia, which is being co-ordinated by UNHCR, aims to help 4,259,000 people. This assistance is for all victims of the conflict, including refugees and displaced people.
