Mr. Dewar

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will update the answer of 22 April,Official Report, columns 172–74 to provide similar estimates of the burden of direct and indirect taxes for 1994–95 based on the assumption of statutory indexation and including measures already announced in the 1993 Budget.
