§ Mr. David HuntIt is not possible to predict how much the various categories of beneficiaries will receive from the national lottery. Distribution arrangements are the subject of discussions with the distributing bodies and with other Government Departments, and the relevant criteria will be published in due course. With the exception of charities, I expect the proceeds to be used for the most part for capital projects.
